Danielle

2-3 years old, Black and White, Labrador Retriever / Terrier mix, Danielle is not a light weight, perhaps an unusual choice for a rescue group that saves small dogs primarily. There was an inner beauty we saw in Danielle as we walked by her kennel week after week. Today we were told that her time was up. She's not a puppy, but a 2-3 year old girl, hardly used up, but rarely considered for adoption in a shelter full of new puppies. We felt like we had come to know her and we're sure that others will know her too. She weighs 35 pounds and is so new to a leash that she doesn't pull but walks nicely at your side. Danielle is eager to learn and please. She's gentle, waiting patiently to blossom into someone's dog. She is ready: she's spayed, micro chipped and current on all shots.
