As unbelievable as it may be, that is exactly where we found this happy-go-lucky fellow. With a tail that never stops wagging, however, Billy seems unfazed by his ordeal, steadfast in his belief that people are worthy of all the love he has to give. At 30 pounds, Billy will be equally excited to accompany you on long walks or lounge next to you on the couch. Because of his affable nature, he’ll be a wonderful addition to any family.
