Murphy

3 to 4 years old. Buff, Cocker Spaniel. Murphy, at one time led a charmed life; lots of treats and plenty of food. Murphy began to think that all the food was his. His owner let him think this was so for several years. Then Murphy made a bad choice when his owner tried to grab his bowl. He bit her and his owner immediately dropped Murphy off at the shelter. Except for food Murphy is a sweet, loving Cocker Spaniel. Murphy is definitely love starved but is willing to be patient until it is his turn. He has been in training but will be best in a home with adults He gets along fine with other dogs and he turns away from cats. Murphy would love to go on long walks and is a great companion. He is neutered, micro chipped and current on all vaccines.
